Salam.Thank you so much for your timely help dr kulsoom. Felt better after china 3x and acid phos last night . Ate little roti today . Taken china again thrice so far since feeling uneasiness starting. Should I take stomach combo e ? also china an acid phos more .

Big difference in fatigue I am in
overdrive most of the time. Any
of your meds making me hyper.
In physical energy and irritation?
Too much energy no tiredness
after working the whole day. Sleep
reduced. 4-5 hrs max at night
Alhamdulillah
Pain in small joints only when I
overuse but much reduced
The nerve pain bothers me from
butt to knee to calf not related to
exert I am not taking any pain
med.
Have increased my water intake
even more
On the whole much improved

Yes I want something just in case
of hoarseness as I’m going to a
wedding and will be singing. The
other thing is just concern about
flu, esp when traveling
Allah Ka beinteha shukar, mood
and stress management is well
Aoa Hafsa’s platelets seem to be
improving (as bluish red spots have
become reddish) but she is having
nausea upon taking kreosote. Should
I get kreosote 30 in tablet form?
Currently I’m giving her kreosote 4-5
drops in a sip of water

I have to update you on my current
situation. My health was better
since the month of November,
alhumdullilah. Heavy periods
usually stay on day 2 and 3, and
haemoglobin level was also
improved.
I had periods before the start of
Ramadan which lasted 3 days and
very low flow (from 8-10 March).
In this Ramadan fasting was far
more better than previous years. My
energy level maintained throughout
the day and I was active till the iftar,
alhumdullilah.
Alhumdulillah so much improve in
pain also the blood pressure is on
control and bleeding from nose is
improved.
Was! i am!! It’s working. Much better

yesterday. Allhamdolilah everything
is normal
should I continue with
medicines ?
